Scientific research represents the main process of knowledge and innovation. Regardless of the chosen strategy, the research efficiency depends on the capacity to combine the research results with economic and specialized research structures, the interest given to some major research projects, the integration and participation in national and international area of scientific research.
Our future projects are/will be developed according to the model offered by S/O strategy (strong points/opportunities): ICIA’s strong points valorization in relation to the external environment opportunities. 


 The S/O strategy (strong points/opportunities) applied in ICIA: 

• Valorization of institute experts’ experience and professional background, the availability of national and international partnership development both for common researches and for research and infrastructure projects; 
• Development of measures which aim to stimulate the interest for:

o European financed projects and
o National projects completed with technological transfer to beneficiary, in concordance with the necessities identified on SMEs market.
