| RESULTS ESTIMATED |
- Epidemiologic study of the health state and exposure of the groups susceptible for investigating the chronic effects on health of the cyanide accidental spills at the Kumtor-Kyrgyzstan Company and Aurul-Esmeralda from Baia-Mare;
- The answer of the local, governmental and public authorities as well as the answer of the individual persons affected by accidents;
- Complete assessment of the cyaniding technology risk on health and environment, as compared to alternative technologies and the cost-benefit relation;
- Specific transboundary effects of the disaster from Romania in the context of financing and existing environmental legislation relative to mining projects.
