• Founding a multidisciplinary network for promoting the research in the field of parallel robots for surgery; 
• The promotion of the new found network in order to increase the international visibility of Romanian research in the field of parallel robots for surgery;
• The set up of a European network for participating in European research programs (for example PC7, Humboldt) and in European technological Platforms in the aimed field;
• The own multidisciplinary network integration in European research networks in the field of parallel robots with applications in surgery.
  

• The promotion of romanian research in the field of parallel robots with applications in surgery with a view to preparing research European programs (for example the programs: PC7, Humboldt, etc);
• Founding a consortium where complex activities will be developed for promoting the aimed research field;
• The project has an international support from the Technical University of Braunschweig, Germany which offers assistance in developing new projects in the field of parallel robots;
• The project required the gathering of human and material resources of several partners with very good abilities both in technical and medical field with international close co-operations.
