The urban mobility management and sustainable sollutions according with the social and economic demands in road traffic field
OBJECTIVES
  • urban mobility optimization, in condition of increases safety in areas of intense circulation in agreement with specific characteristics of vehicle dynamics who correspond exploitation in urban environment;
  • development of researches regarding the realization of applicable models for optimization and monitoring of the parking lots, as a permanent sources of traffic congestion and optimization of corridors for passenger urban transportation and a modality to discourage the individual displacement, who represent an acute problem in crowded centers.
DESCRIPTION            Dynamics of developed terrestrial traffic, especially of roads, by exponential increasing of a vehicle national fleet (domestic fleet, formed from personal vehicles, and institutional- fleet of vehicles for goods transportation), created a disproportion between two components who participate at traffic realization: the infrastructure of terrestrial communications with all that consists from these concept regarding the traffic safety and vehicles. If in urban sector the problems can be approach
conceptual in better condition, who not necessity a complex exhaustive investigation, displacement in urban crowded places, make objects of a special approach, which consist in a series of particularities that characterize the displacement in condition of unpredicted and inevitable congestion through the effect of distinct urban particularities, specific of each locality.
           Realization of reliable connection in the system: information- communication and technologies of monitoring traffic (ITS), has the best chance of success regarding the increasing of urban mobility.
           Through the approach thematically area, the projects propos to bring real contribution regarding the increasing of the intervention capacity in monitoring – the optimization of the urban mobility, in condition of increasing safety in vehicle displacement.
